Question by Jaru H: How can I transfer my cracked apps from my iPod to another computer(PC to a Mac if it makes a difference)?
I got an app my friend wants, but since I jailbroke my iPod Touch, I got it Cracked. And I was wondering if there was anything in Cydia that allows me to transfer cracked apps from my PC to his Mac. Does his iPhone 3G S have to be jailbroken or what? Thanks!

apt backup is an app that you can back up cracked apps onto iTunes

How much will the iPhone 4s cost me without a contract?

Question by : How much will the iPhone 4s cost me without a contract?
I know it is cheaper to sign a two year contract when you buy an iPhone but i don’t think i am eligible for an upgrade so i was wondering how much it would cost to buy the phone without the contract?
Also, will it cost me anything to switch from my current iPhone (iPhone 3g) to the iPhone 4s?

im not 100% but somewhere around $ 700-800. better to wait til youre available for an upgrade

Sooooo i just got an ipod touch and i jailbroke it.
I found a thingy called installous and i got it and it allows me to get cracked (free) apps no matter the price. But if i snyc the app to itunes, will apple send me a bill telling me i have to pay for it?

no. but that’s illegal so you should be careful. those apps are cracked, thus removing any security patches and so apple won’t recognize it. you can, however, load it to itunes. if you delete the cracked app you will notice that you can’t rate it before deleting compared to apps from the app store. so no, apple won’t bill you since the app isn’t connected to apple anymore.

Sprint iPhone Help!!!?

Hello my grandpa is buying me the sprint iphone 4s but he is a different account then what im on im on my moms so the question im asking is ……. will there be a problem me activating the iphone on my account? the sprint online store sold out already so im pre ordering it from apple.com so does the iphone come unactivated? or what do i just need to do to get it activated…. i need the easiest way possible! thanks a bunch!

Ok let’s knock a few things out to begin with. Yes, Sprint is sold out of the 16GB iPhone 4s. If you order from Apple.com there is a 1-2 week shipping disclaimer on there. My advice would be to walk into the Sprint store with the Account Holder (your mother unless your name in on the account as an authorized user and your over 18) this Friday when the phone hits stores for sale. Obviously if your grandpa is the one buying it for you then he should be there as well or he can give you the money before or reimburse you after, whatever is best for your situation. So in a nut shell fastest way to get the phone is in person on Friday 10/14/2011 and your mother needs to be there to accept the new 2 year agreement on her account and your grandfather can pay for it as your present. Hope that helped and I wish someone was buying me one :-)

I have an iPhone 4s and the blue otterbox for iPhone 4s, but I want a purple silicone otter part for it instead of a navy one. If I get an iPhone 4 otterbox will it fit the 4s part? The only difference I can see is the camera shape, but I can always trim the silicone. Thank you!

Unfortunately, no you can’t. This is because with the updated iPhone 4S case, otter box made a few improvements. These include (as you pointed out) the camera hole being larger to remove problems with the flash, as well as combining the 3 holes for the front facing camera, speaker, and ambient sensor, all into one hole on the case.

While the silicone may fit inside the 4S inner shell, it will be less than ideal, and will not fit properly. This being very loose and not secure to provide the intended protection of the case. Even in the event that the case does fit, I highly do not recommend it as it will cause you to lose the functionality of the light sensor, and also cause the camera to be affected with shadow and other negative effects do to the small flash hole.

Question by : How do I delete cracked apps from my iPad?
I downloaded some apps using Installous 4. And there’s one app I want to delete, but when I press and hold onto the app till it starts wiggling, the ‘X’ icon at the corner doesn’t appear :( I downloaded CyDelete but the ‘X’ icon still doesn’t appear (which is weird) So how do I delete my cracked apps or solve my CyDelete problem? PLEASE HELP

Go into Cydia, there should be a tab named “packages”. Using common logic, it should be fairly straightforward from there.

I never got CyDelete to work, and without CyDelete, you can only delete cracked/jailbroken apps via cydia.

Help! iPhone 4 keeps saying “no service”?

I did jailbreak it via the redsn0w 4.3.5 jailbreak and then I removed it maybe a week after. And that was last month. But this “no service” probably has just really started. I’ll wake up and it tells me I need to restore it, or I’ll restart it and it’s fine but then a couple days later, or the next day, or even a few hours later it does it again.

Can anyone tell me what’s going on? I read there’s a lot of people having the same problem with their iPhone 4s and it could be a sim card. Or is the issue that unlocked it? If so…I can’t take to Apple to get it looked at could I? They’d just deactivate it because I’m not going to go in there an lie to them when they’ll probably notice it’s been jailbroken before.

Someone please help.
Well, I just got it this past January (2011). So I’m not sure if that still counts as old from when the iPhone 4 was released in June 2010 or just fairly new…

If you bought your iPhone 4 when you it first came out it’s normal because apple did a crappy job on it. If it’s new or resent try this settings>general>network> enable all the things there, then put your iPhone on airplane mode wait a minute then turn it back on.
